1 out of 5 starsPlaced order Jan 30. On Mar 6 item still did not show shipped. I messaged vendor to find out status of item. She replied that day that the item had been lost by the post office (plausible) and that Etsy convos had been down (plausible) and that she had emailed me to find out if I wanted a refund or a replacement item shipped (plausible but I did not receive an email). She then apologized for not following up (appreciated) and asked how to proceed, and offered to go to the post office that day. I replied 50 minutes later to please send that day priority mail so I could receive in time for my wedding rehearsal. I did not receive a response that day or the following day, or the day after that, or the day after that after I sent 4 unanswered convos. She finally issued a refund with no explanation or note on the 4th day after I requested for her to send via priority mail, leaving me in a bad situation for finding a replacement groomsman gift at 11th hour. The item getting lost was in no way her fault if that's what happened, but the communication leaves much to be desired.
